It’s time to blitz through the levels in DC Universe Online and get rewarded for it, above and beyond having a new high-level alt character, anyway. The superheroic MMORPG’s Ultimate Recruitment event is back and is offering new goodies for players who hit cap between now and June 30th.Play DCUO for free

For those who haven’t participated before, the objective is simple: make a new character, get it to its final mentor storyline, and get freebies. This year’s goodies include a new green bleed aura claimable by all characters and a bundle of mogo berries, source marks, and nth metal for a single character. Just bear in mind players can’t use any level or CR boosts if they want those tasty berries.

The month isn’t just about pushing through character levels, as DCUO is also marking Pride Month with a bunch of new free goodies like a rainbow glimmering aura, a Far Lantern glasses style, and a statue featuring Ivy and Harley. Players can also head to other NPCs in order to get their hands on Pride cosmetics from previous months with in-game currency if they happen to have missed out.
