It’s that time of the year for annual good times to (ideally) roll in EverQuest and EverQuest II, as the annual summertime events that are well known to fans of the MMORPGs are back for their respective 2025 runs. Obviously. That’s what “annual” means, after all.

The Summer Jubilee series of events is underway in EQ2, kicking off with this year’s Tinkerfest. Players can expect new content for the Immeasurable Menagerie, new items, and a new recipe book for Tinkerfest, while the Jubilee promises new and classic items as well as new plumes and plume recipes. The Jubilee will extend across the Scorched Sky Celebration and Oceansfull Festival as usual, while Tinkerfest is on until June 25th.

Meanwhile the Hardcore Heritage event has been underway for EQ1, tuning up early-level zones for higher-level players for another pair of phases this year, while this year is also cranking up the City of Mist zone for characters at level 125. Phase two’s level scaling is set to start on June 18th, while the whole affair is running until July 1st.
