How can you strike fear in the hearts of your PvP foes in Black Desert? Why, rock up on top of a big angry dragon of course. We’re hard pressed to think of another way, and as of this week’s PC update, those who are part of the larger-scale battles in the sandbox can absolutely do just that.Play Black Desert
The ominously named Doomcaller dragon mount can only be summoned during node war, conquest war, or the War of the Roses PvP activities, and only after a guild has cleared a specific quest. However, if guilds do clear those hurdles, they’ll gain the ability to let players fly around the battlefield to rain absolute fiery death on foes and issue a buff-granting roar to allies. It all reads like a bit of a flex, but then again what PvPing guild wouldn’t want to?
As for the rest of the PC version’s update, that features new unique icons for buffs, makes some further tweaks to node and conquest wars, and preps an event to mark the upcoming Heidel Ball this weekend.
Meanwhile, BDO Console has officially made its shift to PS5 and Xbox X|S as promised and is also once more pushing the Heidel Ball for players to watch.
Finally, BDO Mobile has launched a new event that lets players change their class as many times as they want, though the item that lets them do so will only be usable from now until July 1st. Its weekly patch otherwise features yet more class changes, an improved post-match UI for the Battlefield of the Sun activity, added some new visual effects, and applied a lineup of fixes.
