Palworld has once more put forth a pretty significant content patch this week with the launch of the Tides of Terraria update, which brings on a whole lot more than just crossover stuff, although it has that too, of course.

The Terraria crossover content that grants the patch its name comes in the form of a new dungeon featuring enemies from the 2-D survival sandbox, several of which can be captured; some new weapons and armor from Terraria, and the Moon Lord boss as a raid-level fight in Palworld.

Beyond that there’s much more: The devs added fishing, which can net new Pals; players can pull up salvage items from the ocean while on the back of a swim-capable Pal; multiple missions can be found around the map along with new special missions from Zoe that can ultimately unlock her as an ally; enemies can establish bases, which can be raided for new faction-related blueprints; treasure maps can be found; and there are multiple new buildables like a fishing pond, a hexolite quartz mine, new weapons, and a Pal surgery table that lets players adjust a critter’s traits and gender.

Lastly, changes to existing content and features have been applied, such as customizable equipment durability in game world settings, tweaks to monster aggression, new Pal skins, several new Pal skills, and an easy bulk storage feature that lets players store all materials in any chest around your base with the click of one button. All in all there’s more than just Terraria stuff going on, so make sure to look through the changelog while this chonker of an update applies.
