To those not tallying up the days, Fallen Earth Classic has been offline nearly five months since server problems forced Little Orbit to take the post-apocalyptic MMO and its sister game APB Reloaded offline to find a new host. And while APB came back in early March, Fallen Earth continues to remain on the studio’s “to do” list.
Hopefully fans will hear some word about a reopening soon, as Little Orbit is hosting an APB Reloaded AMA this Saturday with the promise of some additional news concerning Fallen Earth. In fact, studio CEO Matthew Scott posted that he had hoped to give fans some advance word by yesterday, but that hasn’t panned out yet.
On the studio’s Discord, a representative said that “we are close” and “are currently focused on getting [Fallen Earth] Classic up and running.”
“Currently, the biggest focus right now is making sure game is up, that’s the biggest priority,” the rep said in response to a question about the Fallen Earth remaster project.
